SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide you with the best products and service possible. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully before making your purchase.

  • We offer standard shipping within the United States.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Holiday order shipping times may be extended.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status of your package.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

  • We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

  • To be eligible for an exchange in sizing, the items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and returned in original packaging. All sale items are final and no exchanges will be allowed. Shipping charges will be the customers responsibilty. Please double check your sizing to ensure you receive the correct size. 

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged upon arrival or you must have received the wrong item or size. Normal wear and tear is not considered eligible for a replacement. 

  • Please notify us via email within 7 days of delivery with accompanying pictures showcasing the damage or incorrect item received. This will expedite the return process.

  • After we receive your email, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Laundry mishaps are not eligible for replacement or refund. Please ensure you follow the wash care instructions provided with your item to prevent damage during laundering.

  • Items purchased through unauthorized sellers or third-party retailers are not eligible for return or refund through our website.
