  • How does your sizing run?
    Most often, unless specified otherwise, all items are unisex fit! If you prefer a more loose fit we suggest sizing up. If you need a specific sizing guide, click here!
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    We strive to deliver orders at your door as soon as possible and we are constantly working to improve internal processes and collaboration with couriers. However, you may occasionally experience some delays and we apologize for any inconvenience. All orders are made when order is placed. We do not hold inventory. Please allow for 5-10 business days for processing and shipping. During holidays processing times can be extended. Once we ship your order you will receive a tracking number.   • I received an incorrect or damaged item. What do I do?
    First, please accept our apologies! Then, contact our customer support team at with images of your damaged or incorrect product and we will work on resolving it right away.
  • When will I be refunded or receive my exchange once I return an item?
    Refunds will be processed once your return has been received at our warehouse—this can take up to one week. If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you are returning for an exchange, we will send the requested item out to you.
  • How do I cancel or edit my order?
    Once an order has been placed, it is unlikely that we’ll be able to cancel or edit it before it ships. Please contact our customer support team at and we will do our best to meet your request.
  • How can I track my order?

  • My order was marked as "delivered" but I have not received it. What do I do?
